3. Delivery Policy
3.1 Delivery is available:
- Inside Dhaka: Doorstep delivery with standard charges.
- Outside Dhaka: Advance payment of the delivery charge is required, and delivery depends on the courier service coverage.
3.2 Same-day or urgent delivery within Dhaka may be available for an additional charge. Contact us in advance to confirm.
3.3 All products must be checked in the presence of the delivery member. Claims made after the delivery member leaves will not be entertained.
4. Return and Refund Policy
4.1 Return and refund requests are accepted only if:
- The product is checked in front of the delivery member at the time of delivery.
- Any issues or defects are reported immediately to the delivery member.
4.2 Refunds will be processed according to the applicable laws and our internal policies.

5.1 Cancellation requests must be made in front of the delivery member at the time of delivery. Once the delivery is completed and accepted, cancellations will not be allowed.
